Spiral Finance is governed by the SPIRAL token, which is an ERC20-compatible token with a fixed supply. Token holders can propose changes and vote on them.

The following is how SPIRAL would be distributed in the beginning:

• 5% (500,000 SPIRAL): Airdrops campaigns.

• 10% (1,000,000 SPIRAL): to Lockers , Stakers , Holders distributed linearly among 1 year

• 55% (5,500,000 SPIRAL): The DAO Treasury will be unlocked linearly over 5 years, with a cliff of 3 months

• 30% (3,000,000 SPIRAL): Public sale & Team.
